The gravel bed of the River Erme, Bigbury Bay, South Devon. The low tide exposes the sand and gravel bed of the river. The depth of the water in this particular shot was about 12 inches and combined with the sunlight and a blustery wind, created, what I thought, were some interesting shadows and patterns. Hand held and taken with a Circular Polarizer.
